Job summary

Workstream seeks a General Manager to oversee all restaurant activities in Wisconsin, ensuring goals are met and standards are maintained. This role requires leading a team, coordinating across shifts, and driving performance with a hands-on leadership style.

The GM will manage a 45+ hour week, travel between stores as needed, and ensure quality service, food safety, and strong staff development. A minimum 3–5 years in management is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (College degree preferred).
• 3–5 years in a management role.
• Local Bartender’s or Manager’s license.
• State Wisconsin Food Manager certification (ServSafe preferred).
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities and ensure alignment with restaurant goals.
• Ensure team members perform their duties and meet expectations.
• Lead weekly in-store Manager Meetings and travel to other stores as needed.
