You will drive profitability through hands-on leadership, staff development, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards while delivering fast, friendly service. This role requires a minimum of 50 hours per week and a proven track record in restaurant management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years restaurant or retail experience, or combined experience and education.
• Experience with sales building, P&L statements, recruiting, and training.
• Proven track record of successful hiring and retention.
• Exempt management position; minimum of 50 hours per week including some holidays.
• ServeSafe Certified.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
