Qualifications

• Restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
• Food handler certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, orient, train, assign and schedule team members with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in collaboration with HR and District Manager.
• Set clear job expectations and monitor performance and compensation actions.
• Communicate operational and HR issues with District Manager promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards and safety compliance.
• Track inventory and maintain accurate records.
