Job summary

Wingstop in North Carolina seeks a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive customer service excellence and lead front- and back-of-house teams. You will work with the District Manager to meet performance goals.

The ideal candidate has restaurant supervisory experience, holds a Manager Food Handler Certification, and is committed to building a high-volume, guest-focused dining experience. Weekend and night shifts required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervision in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Must hold Manager Food Handler Certification.
• Strong leadership, guest service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select, train, schedule, and supervise team members in partnership with the District Manager.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline staff in collaboration with District Manager and HR.
• Communicate performance expectations and review staff performance; enforce policies.
