Mountain Mike's Pizza – Wenatchee, WA is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations with a hands-on, guest-focused approach. You will oversee staffing, training, inventory, quality, and financial performance to drive guest satisfaction and profitability.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in restaurant management, strong leadership, and a proven track record in team development and problem solving.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant management experience required.
• Previous GM or AGM experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience managing labor, inventory, etc.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution skills.
• Food Manager Certification and OLCC server permit required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members.
• Build weekly schedules while controlling labor costs.
• Ensure outstanding guest service and resolve issues quickly.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Monitor inventory and control food costs; place orders.
• Oversee financial performance including sales and profitability.
• Handle daily cash, deposits, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and policies.
• Foster a positive, respectful workplace culture.
• Provide regular feedback and performance evaluations.
• Support local marketing and community outreach to drive sales.
