Taco Time NW is seeking a General Manager in East Wenatchee, WA. This full-time role oversees daily restaurant operations, staffing, and guest satisfaction. You will manage inventory, control costs, coach team members, and drive profitable performance while upholding company standards.

The GM reports to the District Manager and benefits from a supportive, growth-oriented environment with training and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Two to three years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong computer skills; proficient with Excel and Word.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company standards to increase sales and minimise costs.
• Enforces sanitary practices for food handling and dining areas.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Manages shifts, schedules, and staffing levels.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and develops employees.
• Provides performance feedback and conducts reviews.
• Publicizes and promotes the restaurant and engages with the community.
• Oversees cooking, assembly, service, and guest interactions.
• Other duties as assigned.
