Qualifications

• Valid Food handlers permit.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to company standards and service levels to increase sales and minimize costs.
• Enforces sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness.
• Ensures compliance with standards, policies and procedures.
• Manages shifts including scheduling and planning.
• Interviews, hires, trains and develops employees; coaching and termination when necessary.
• Develops employees by providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.
• Maintains staffing plans and ensures shifts are covered.
• Oversees financial and administrative duties.
• Publicizes and promotes the restaurant and engages with the community.
• Participates in food preparation, service and cash handling as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
