Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick seeks a General Manager who is friendly, enthusiastic, and dedicated to guest service. The role offers opportunities to lead restaurant operations, develop teams, and ensure top-tier food quality and safety in a community-focused environment.

The GM will oversee daily activities, manage inventory, and train staff while maintaining flexibility in scheduling, including Sundays. A ServSafe/ Learn2Serve certification or equivalent is required before start.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual preferred.
• One-year restaurant management or leadership experience.
• Pass drug and background check.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Able to work Saturdays and flexible hours.
• ServSafe Management or Learn2Serve Certification required or completed before starting.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate passion for the business and managing operations.
• Find, train, develop and recognize the best people.
• Manage daily activities to ensure guests receive excellent customer service.
• Demonstrate a strong focus on food quality and safety.
