Charter Foods is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a busy Taco Bell location. You will recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, set service standards, and ensure top-tier hospitality and food quality.

The role demands strong leadership and a hands-on approach to daily operations. The candidate will need 1–3 years of supervisory experience, basic accounting skills, and a commitment to excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED (preferred, but not required).
• Basic computer literacy; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Hire, onboard, and develop employees; execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues.
