Taco Bell in Forest, Virginia is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead your team and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee hiring, training, scheduling, and budget management to drive performance and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and a track record of developing people in a fast-paced QSR setting. On-site leadership at our Forest location, with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• 50-hour work week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Basic business math and accounting skills; strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and training.
• Plan and deploy staff schedules; address performance issues.
• Support in resolving customer issues and manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Lead with strong communication and a positive attitude to drive results.
