Taco Bell is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced restaurant in Roanoke, VA. You will build and coach a strong team, ensure exceptional hospitality, and drive financial and operating results.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years of supervisory experience, a solid grasp of P&L, and a passion for excellence in customer service. This on-site leadership role offers advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Formación

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with Profit and Loss responsibility.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, with strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to tolerate standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs. and stooping during 80% of shift time.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operation of the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and friendly service.
• Hire, develop and train employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute training plans.
• Schedule and deploy the team; address performance issues and resolve customer issues.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans; maintain operational standards and safety.
