Taco Bell is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the entire location, build a top-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will set the tone, drive hospitality, and lead operations with a focus on people development and strong leadership.

The role requires 18+ years of age with 1–3 years of supervisory experience, budgeting responsibilities, and a commitment to excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• 50-Hour Work Week.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a track record of people development.
• Competitive spirit and passion for excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operate the entire restaurant and build a strong team delivering great food and a friendly experience.
• Find, hire and develop employees; conduct new hire orientation and execute the training plan.
• Schedule and deploy the Team; address performance issues and resolve customer issues.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans.
• The company and/or Upper Management may change or add to these duties at any time.
• Be part of a winning team and learn valuable leadership skills, with opportunities to grow.
