Dairy Queen is seeking a General Manager who will lead store operations, drive growth, and ensure profitability with a focus on quality, service, and cleanliness. You will manage a team, implement company policies, and oversee staffing, training and performance to deliver the Dairy Queen experience.

The role requires strong leadership, a 50-hour weekly commitment, and adherence to all applicable laws and brand standards. This salaried position offers opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a restaurant general manager or similar role in food service leadership.
• Experience managing profit & loss (P&L), inventory, labor and scheduling.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
