Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a General Manager in Pittsburgh to lead all restaurant operations with a strong focus on hospitality and performance. You will coach and develop team members, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality standards across the store.

The role requires 3+ years of GM experience in a high-volume environment, deep operational knowledge, and a proven ability to drive revenue while growing staff capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant ops incl. staffing, food planning, purchasing, sanitation, and health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations and standards.
• Proven hospitality focus and team motivation ability.
• Strong leadership with coaching and excellence drive.
• Strong financial acumen across operations and budgeting.
• 3+ years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
