Job summary

Shake Shack in Cranberry Township, PA is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, coach a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences from open to close.

You will manage budget, scheduling, inventory, food safety, purchasing, and local brand engagement while upholding Shake Shack hospitality standards and culture.

A minimum of 3 years of GM experience in a high-volume setting with P&L oversight is required; flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on all Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Knowledgeable in all financial aspects of business operations.
• Minimum 3 years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
