KBP Brands is hiring a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume KFC restaurant. The role focuses on profitable operations, staff leadership, and delivering a positive guest experience at our Apex location.

You will recruit, train, and coach a diverse team, manage inventory and labor, and uphold safety and quality standards while driving financial results. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects, stand/walk through shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control and security procedures, monitoring inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure guests enjoy a friendly experience with a quality product.
