The role requires a college degree in hotel/restaurant management and at least five years of supervisory experience with training certification. Compensation is commensurate with experience and market norms.

• Certified in-store trainer in all areas.

Responsabilidades

• Lead team to increase sales and net profit to meet annual budget.
• Review daily summaries against cash register totals for accuracy.
• Prepare weekly operations report from daily summaries.
• Manage weekly schedules and deployment based on budget forecasts to meet labor targets.
• Control costs and manage inventory.
• Ensure food safety compliance and product rotation.
• Train and mentor team members and managers; conduct performance appraisals.
• Enforce policies and ensure guest relations remain high.
