• Control food, labor and cash costs within company guidelines and budgets.
• Hire, train and evaluate crew, shift managers and the assistant GM.
• Maintain safety, sanitation and regulatory compliance in all areas.
• Drive weekly sales growth and maintain high guest satisfaction.
