Job summary

Pacific Bells | Taco Bell Franchisee in Edmonds, WA seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead an individual Taco Bell unit. You will oversee operations, train staff, and ensure cleanliness, hospitality, quality, and speed of service while maintaining profitability.

You will directly perform hands-on work as needed to guide teams, manage budgeting and staffing, and ensure compliance with safety and employment laws, delivering great guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours and all shifts.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost categories (food, labor, cash, expenses) remain within guidelines.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing for all shifts and days.
• Plan and conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift leaders, and ASM.
• Hire and onboard new crew, shift leaders, and ASM.
• Coach and train staff to achieve certification and performance targets.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation per guidelines and regulations.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and reporting requirements.
• Preserve a safe restaurant environment and report repairs as needed.
• Provide timely feedback to area coach via daily/weekly meetings.
• Manage turnover through hiring practices and positive work environment.
• Prepare food as needed and handle cash register duties.
