Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Possess a minimum of 6 months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service-related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Have open availability and the ability to work flexible hours and all shifts as needed.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to learn quickly with a can-do attitude.
• Comes to work with good hygiene.
• Has reliable transportation and able to arrive to work on time.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain financial controls and coach and train employees.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cost categories (food, labor, cash) are controlled per guidelines and budget.
• Drive sales growth by improving 5 Bells, CORE, speed of service and food quality.
• Maintain adequate staffing levels for all days and parts.
• Prepare and conduct performance appraisals for crew, shift managers, and ASM.
• Handle hiring of new crew, shift leaders, and ASM.
• Coach and train team to meet certification and performance goals.
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness and comply with sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with laws at all times.
• Ensure a safe environment for staff and guests and act on needed repairs.
• Provide feedback to area coach via daily calls and weekly meetings.
