Job summary

The Wendy's Company is seeking a General Manager for a Wendy's restaurant to lead store operations and ensure standards, customer satisfaction, and profitability. You will drive staffing, training, scheduling and adherence to company policies while focusing on local marketing and community engagement.

You will manage budgets, optimize costs, and supervise shift managers to deliver consistent quality, service and cleanliness across the store.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.
• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be able to perform all restaurant operations positions/functions.

Responsibilities

• Execute the store plan to achieve standards, sales, local marketing programs and profits.
• Staff, train, operate and maintain the store to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Meet budgeted sales targets and set controllable cost targets.
• Develop and execute local store marketing plans with the DM to respond to market conditions.
• Respond to competitor activities and implement plans to improve sales and profits.
