Job summary

Southeast Restaurant Group, a Wendy’s Franchisee, is seeking a General Manager to lead our team at a Wendy’s location. You will oversee staffing, training, and daily operations to deliver Fresh, Quality Wendy’s menu items and memorable guest experiences.

The GM will hire, orient, and develop staff, schedule and deploy the team, and drive performance across People, Customer Service, and financial goals. Experience at GM/Supervisor level in a restaurant is required.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Track record of people development.
• 3+ years of Manager or Supervisor experience in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and deploy team to meet staffing needs.
• Address performance issues and coach team members.
• Assist in resolving customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
