Job summary

The Wendy's Company seeks a General Manager to execute the store plan, drive sales and profits, and maximize customer satisfaction. You will staff, train, and lead operations, coordinate local marketing, and ensure quality, service, and cleanliness across all shifts.

Responsibilities include managing budget priorities, controlling costs, staff development, and maintaining store standards to meet franchise performance targets.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years management / operations experience in the restaurant industry.
• College degree or equivalent experience in operations.

Responsibilities

• Executes store plan to achieve standards, sales and profits.
• Staffs, trains and maintains store to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Develops and executes local store marketing plan in response to market conditions.
• Ensures and maintains adequate bench strength in management.
• Trains staff to ensure quality, service and cleanliness (Q.S.C.).
• Manages labor and food cost control, inventory and budget performance.
• Conducts manager meetings and communicates budget variances.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
