Job summary

The RGM leads customer service excellence, food quality, and people development, while maintaining company standards and financial controls to achieve margin targets and growth. You will coach supervisors and frontline crew, schedule effectively, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Supervisory experience in either a food service or retail environment.
• Ability to maintain financial controls and coach hourly employees.
• Proven ability to drive customer satisfaction, financial performance and employee satisfaction.
