Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking a General Manager in New Jersey to oversee day-to-day restaurant operations, mentor the team, and ensure a positive dining experience by enforcing food safety procedures and brand standards. You will drive sales and profits, manage staffing and training, and work across shifts to maintain high customer service.

Fluent English, a high school diploma, and a proven track record in fast-paced hospitality are required.

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience as Manager in the restaurant industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong personal communication skills

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage operations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Oversees sales and profit goals in relation to budget.
• Participates in marketing programs
• Develops and implements strategies to resolve unfavorable trends to enhance sales and profits
• Ensures execution of Human Resources programs, proper staffing levels and ongoing recruitment, development, recognition, and retention of store management and crew
• Provides training and development of employees through established systems
• Ensures store compliance with operating policies and procedures and coordinates with Area Coach
• Evaluates store performance and implements action plans to improve ratings
• Conducts regular manager meetings to reinforce priorities
• Ensures safe working conditions and maintenance of facility
• Completes administrative requirements and maintains employee files and payroll records
