Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, guest relations, and staff performance across FOH and BOH.

You will open, close, schedule, coach, and ensure food quality, safety, and service standards, while driving profitability and staffing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Must possess strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work ten-hour-plus shifts with extensive standing.
• May lift materials and/or products up to 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant functions including FOH/BOH.
• Open, mid-, or closing shifts and guest relations, supervision of staff and staffing levels.
• Staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and staff development for the assigned work group.
• Ensure food & beverage quality, safety and ambiance.
• Coach and counsel staff to achieve service standards and guest satisfaction.
