Job summary

Panini Kabob Grill is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to set service standards and coach staff, ensuring an exceptional guest experience from start to finish. You will manage shifts, supervise FOH/BOH teams, and uphold safety, quality, and pacing.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of managerial experience in a full‑service restaurant or a 2‑year degree in restaurant/business management.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Solid track record of upward career progression.
• Strong communication skills.
• Able to work ten‑hour shifts with extensive standing/walking.
• May lift materials and/or products to 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant functions including opening, mid-, or closing shifts and guest relations.
• Supervise FOH/BOH staff and staffing levels.
• Maintain proper ambiance, housekeeping, safety, and food & beverage quality.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, financial goals, and staff development.
