Job summary

KBP Foods, a leading KBP Brands restaurant group, seeks a Restaurant General Manager in Fort Worth, TX. You will lead a team, drive profitability, ensure daily operations, and deliver a quality guest experience across our KFC locations.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of GM experience with P&L responsibility, the ability to close shifts, and strong leadership to coach staff toward excellence in service and product quality. KBP Brands supports growth and development across its stores.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as a Restaurant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by cash control, inventory, and labor management.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and AGM.
• Coach and train staff to ensure operational excellence.
• Conduct biweekly inventory counts.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and deliver a friendly guest experience.
