KBP Brands—owner of KBP Foods with a growing restaurant network—seeks a Restaurant General Manager to lead a KFC location, drive sales, control costs, and coach a diverse team. You will implement strategies to ensure quality, service, and profitability across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability by managing cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and AGM.
• Coach and train staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain restaurant cleanliness.
• Ensure guests have a friendly experience with quality product.
