KBP Foods, a leading restaurant franchise group, is hiring a Restaurant General Manager in Fort Smith, AR. You will lead a team, drive profitability, and ensure a great guest experience at our KFC locations.

Qualifications include 1+ year as a GM in food service or retail with P&L responsibility; you must be 18+, flexible to close shifts, and able to stand for long periods. KBP Brands offers growth opportunities, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as Restaurant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability through cash control, inventory, labor, and financial reports.
• Recruit, interview and hire Team Members, Shift Managers and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Conduct inventory counts every other week.
• Maintain a clean restaurant and ensure a friendly guest experience with quality products.
