Job summary

McDonald’s Tallahassee Franchise Group is seeking a General Manager to serve as the senior leader responsible for profitability, QSC standards, and developing every team member. You will balance high-volume operations strategy with daily floor presence, working closely with your Area Supervisor.

You will lead restaurant performance, manage the P&L, recruit and develop department leaders, and drive brand standards while engaging with the local community to strengthen market presence.

Qualifications

• Experience leading high-volume restaurant operations with P&L responsibility.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire and develop department and shift managers.
• Strong communication with crew, leadership, and franchise audiences in a fast-paced setting.
• Hamburger University graduate and ServSafe certification are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, sales, and profitability across all dayparts while upholding QSC standards.
• Own the P&L by managing food, labor, and paper costs and driving budgeted results.
• Build the leadership team by recruiting and developing Department and Shift Managers.
• Champion brand standards and KPI benchmarks (OEPE, R2P, EPb2b) with hands-on leadership.
• Grow the restaurant's community presence through local marketing and community involvement.
