Qualifications

• Track record of hitting operational and financial targets with measurable KPI improvement.
• Ability to recruit, hire, and promote strong department and shift leaders.
• Clear communication with crew, leadership, and franchise audiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Hamburger University graduate and ServSafe certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations, sales, and profitability across all dayparts while upholding QSC standards.
• Own the P&L, manage costs, drive sales against budget and prior year, and respond to period flash insights.
• Build the leadership team by recruiting and developing Managers and Shift Leaders.
• Ensure brand standards and KPI benchmarks are met; lead by example in position and feedback.
• Grow the restaurant's community presence through local marketing and involvement.
