Dairy Queen in Lincoln, NE is seeking a General Manager to lead the store's daily operations, drive sales, and ensure profitability while upholding brand standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. You will recruit, train, and coach a high‑performing team, manage P&L and scheduling, and ensure compliance with policies, laws, and safety requirements.

This is a salaried role with a demanding but rewarding schedule, typically involving a 50-hour week based on business needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a restaurant general manager or in food service leadership.
• Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor and scheduling.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background and motor vehicle record checks.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
