Dairy Queen in North Carolina is seeking a General Manager to lead daily operations, drive growth, and ensure profitability. You will oversee staff, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This salaried role requires 3+ years in restaurant management, P&L and scheduling experience, and a valid driver's license.

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is expected. English communication is essential.

Qualifications

3+ years as a restaurant general manager or in a similar food-service leadership role.
Experience managing P&L, inventory, labor, and scheduling.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be 18+ years old and have a valid drivere2-license.
Background check and motor vehicle record check required.
Food Handlere2 and/or ServSafe Certification where required.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficient English communication.

Responsibilities

Lead store operations to ensure policy and standards compliance.
Provide direction to a best-in-class team delivering brand experience.
Drive sales and profitability through systems and processes.
