Arby’s with KBP Inspired in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to own restaurant performance, labor, inventory, cash controls, and profitability. You will build a leadership team, hire, and coach staff to deliver exceptional results.

Qualifications

• Candidate has at least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience with profit & loss responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results.
• Build your leadership team through recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results.
• Complete inventory counts and use results to control costs.
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant with friendly service and quality food.
