Arby’s, Inc. in Florida is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead the team, drive profitability, and deliver guest experiences that encourage return visits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Restaurant General Manager experience with P&L responsibility (food service or retail).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

• Own restaurant performance and profitability through labor, inventory, cash controls and security.
• Build and lead the leadership team by recruiting and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.

Performance bonus:

Eligible to participate in a quarterly bonus program based on restaurant performance.

What you’ll own:

• Own restaurant performance and profitability by managing labor, inventory, cash controls, security procedures, and financial results
• Build your leadership team by recruiting, interviewing, and hiring Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers
• Coach and develop employees to deliver operational excellence and strong restaurant results
• Complete required inventory counts and use results to help control costs
• Create a clean, welcoming restaurant where guests receive friendly service and quality food

What you bring:

• At least 1 year of Restaurant General Manager experience in food service or retail with profit & loss responsibility; quick-service experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Availability to close the restaurant at least 2 nights per week
• Ability to work in an active restaurant environment, including standing, walking, lifting, moving through compact spaces, and safely using restaurant equipment
