Capstone Restaurant Group in Greeneville, Tennessee, is seeking a General Manager to lead the restaurant’s daily operations with a focus on hospitality, integrity, and people. You will manage team members, drive performance, and ensure the restaurant aligns with Capstone’s business plan and standards.

The GM will recruit, hire, and train staff, oversee marketing execution, manage scheduling and budgets, and partner with the District Manager to maintain high service levels and profitability

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in a quick service/fast food dining concept.
• Financial/Analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and P&L management.

Responsabilités

• Recruit and hire staff, and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure restaurant is staffed properly and Team Members are trained through effective programs.
• Lead restaurant operations and ensure open and full functionality during business hours.
• Provide leadership to motivate and align team with company objectives.
• Review preliminary P/Ls and coordinate with the District Manager.
