Job summary

Capstone Group in Tennessee is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, ensuring hospitality and integrity while supervising managers and driving business performance. You will report to the District Manager and oversee team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include recruiting, training, marketing plan execution, inventory control, and adherence to HR, sanitation and safety standards, with a focus on staff development and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years management experience in quick service/fast food.
• Financial/analytical aptitude including budgeting and P&L management.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire staff and maintain a bench for future growth.
• Ensure marketing plans are executed and POP/menu boards installed.
• Ensure staff training through effective programs.
• Open and operate restaurant during business hours.
• Provide leadership and maintain a positive attitude aligned with company objectives.
• Maintain inventory levels and equipment with approved vendors.
• Supervise operations per standards manual.
• Develop and motivate managers and team members to perform at their best.
• Review preliminary P/Ls with District Manager.
• Adhere to HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
