Qualifications

• High School Graduate and 3 Months experience in the restaurant industry.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Expected to maintain an average of 45 hours or more per week over a calendar year.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant.
• Ensure achievement of restaurant objectives and adherence to company guidelines.
• Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew.
• Create and maintain a "People Excellence" environment.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and ethical business practices.
