Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 months experience in the restaurant industry or equivalent education/experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations and staff of a Wendy's restaurant, ensuring execution of company policies and procedures.
• Provide leadership, direction, training and development to subordinate managers and crew.
• Create and maintain a People Excellence environment and ensure compliance with laws and ethical practices.
