Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience required.
• Experience in scheduling, P&L management, food safety, and recruiting.
• Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed—uphold top-notch standards of hospitality.
• Ensure speed of service, accuracy, and a positive guest experience.
• Handle full employee lifecycle including recruitment and performance management.
• Train and develop crew, shift leaders, and Apprentices using training tools.
• Direct the team to deliver accurate and timely digital orders.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling, P&L control, and sales forecasting.
• Keep dining room clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operations, and compliance standards.
• Accountable for overall financial success and annual sales/cash flow plan.
• Work a schedule that includes lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts.
