The role requires proven GM experience in a high-volume setting, strong leadership, and the ability to analyze financial data to achieve targets. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience as General Manager in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and the ability to inspire a diverse team.
