Dave's Hot Chicken is seeking a General Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, supervise the management team and staff, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will implement the business plan, manage schedules, training, and performance, while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 21+ years old, fluent English, and prior GM/AGM experience; ServSafe certification and DHC training certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED; current student preferred.
• Previous Assistant General Manager/General Manager experience desired.
• Certified in all stations and Management positions following DHC Training Program.
• Current ServSafe Certification required.
• Fluent in English; ability to work nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure policies are followed.
• Schedule and supervise Team Members; monitor attendance and performance.
• Hire, train, and oversee daily tasks of teams; manage purchasing and inventory.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation; ensure equipment is properly used.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues per policy.
• Ensure cash handling and cost-control guidelines are followed.
