Qualifications

• Current ServSafe Certification is required or preferred.
• Previous Assistant General Manager/General Manager experience is expected.
• Certified in all stations and management positions following the DHC Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and planning of daily operations.
• Coach and support Restaurant Management Team and Team Members.
• Ensure proper scheduling, attendance, and time-off management.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards per DHC policies.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and resolve issues.
• Oversee inventory, purchasing, and cost controls to minimize restaurant costs.
• Develop strategies for workplace efficiency and achieving goals.
• Ensure the restaurant opens and closes according to policy.
