Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to lead a fast-paced store and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales, and ensure top-tier service and safety standards. A strong leader with a track record in quick-service restaurant management is ideal for this role.

Responsibilities include optimizing costs, coaching staff, maintaining food safety, and achieving profitability while maintaining brand standards across shifts.

Qualifications

• Prior management or equivalent experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.
• Lead by example and drive accountability from the team.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Able to work as part of a team to reach common goals.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor.
• Numerical proficiency for basic arithmetic.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results, including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, and attendance/punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members.
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety.
