Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a talented General Manager to lead our store, drive results, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will recruit and develop staff, ensure food safety, manage costs and inventory, and uphold image standards across the operation.

This role requires leadership, accountability, and a customer‑focused mindset to grow sales, optimize labor, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment for the team and guests.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
• Customer Service experience (required)
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
• Valid driver's license (required)
• High School education or equivalent
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
• Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
• Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
