Job summary

Domino's Team BAM! is seeking a General Manager to run our store efficiently, care for customers, and support team members. This role requires strong leadership, operations oversight, and a focus on food safety and service excellence.

You will drive store performance, manage staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards while promoting a productive work environment and positive guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management or equivalent experience required.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.
• Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability within a team.
• Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
