McDonald’s is seeking a General Manager to lead a restaurant’s operations, drive guest experience, and manage crew and management teams to ensure excellence in service and food quality.

You will plan for success by leading People processes, recruiting, onboarding, staffing, performance management, and coaching. You will also control inventory, budget and costs while upholding safety standards and driving restaurant performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience: manage all aspects within the restaurant, including food production, guest service and experience; direct crew and manager work.
• Plan for success: proactively lead and manage all People processes including recruiting, hiring and onboarding.
• Oversee staffing and performance management; train, coach and motivate the team.
• Make key business decisions around inventory, budget and food ordering/costs.
• Ensure food safety measures meet McDonald’s standards of excellence.
• Maintain high guest and employee safety standards.
• Oversee all operational needs of the restaurant, including maintenance to meet standards.
