Job summary

Taco Bell Franchisee in Tennessee is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to take hands-on responsibility for day-to-day operations, working closely with your Assistant Managers and Shift Managers. You will lead recruiting, training, and performance reviews while optimizing financials and ensuring top-notch product quality and customer service.

You will also maintain a safe, welcoming restaurant environment, resolve customer issues quickly, and drive a true ownership mindset with payroll

Qualifications

• Self-motivated, ambitious and outgoing.
• Excellent team-based leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service, verbal and written communication.
• Proven P&L accountability experience.
• Ability to lead by example with urgency.
• Basic computer proficiency, especially email and laptop.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations with Assistant and Shift Managers.
• Lead interviewing, hiring and staff training initiatives.
• Oversee financials and optimize restaurant performance.
• Ensure product quality and customer service standards.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming workplace for staff and customers.
• Address customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Manage payroll and ensure hours are recorded accurately with payroll.
