Taco Bell franchisee in Jackson, Tennessee is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, partner with Assistant and Shift Managers, and drive service, quality, and profitability at the restaurant.

You will oversee staff recruitment, training, scheduling, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with cash, security, inventory and labor policies. This role requires ownership, accountability for P&L, and a commitment to safe, welcoming guest experiences.

• Proven track record of managing P&L.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all staff complete duties and serve safe, quality food.
• Maintain a safe working and guest environment.
• Address and resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally.
• Follow cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Handle HR issues including disciplinary actions.
• Take an ownership mindset in restaurant management.
• Coordinate payroll hours and communicate with the home office payroll.
